Activity Timeline
The Activity Timeline is the persistent audit trail of the Polycrate API. Every relevant
event is stored as an Activity and read in the detail dashboard as a Timeline tab —
API-based, with "Load More" pagination (Alpine.js).

Automatic generation
- Lifecycle hooks on Downtime / Maintenance / Incident
- Central hook: every sent notification creates an Activity on the source object
- No more compiled JSON cache — the tab reads the Activity API directly
Where it is visible
- Downtime, Maintenance, Incident and Workspace dashboards (Timeline tab)
- Object-class icons instead of generic up/down circles
- Optionally linked Alerts tabs on Downtime/Maintenance
