The ayedo Cloud is the standard and compatible with Germany's administration cloud strategy (Deutsche Verwaltungscloud-Strategie, DVS). Where requirements call for it, dedicated resources are available – with the same platform and the same operations.

Where is our data processed?
On the ayedo Cloud, located in the EU. ayedo has no parent company outside the EU and is not subject to the US CLOUD Act. Details on data protection under GDPR.
Does ayedo support OZG implementation?
ayedo operates the technical platform for your online services – administrative applications, portals, and EfA services. You or your software provider own the functional implementation; we make sure the applications run securely, reliably, and traceably.
Can existing administrative applications be migrated?
Yes, as long as they can be containerized. We plan containerization, Helm charts, and the migration together with you or your provider – whether the application runs on virtual machines or with Docker Compose today.
Do we need our own operations team?
No. ayedo takes care of updates, backups, monitoring, and incident response. You keep the functional responsibility and a named contact.
What evidence does ayedo provide?
ayedo is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. Operations are oriented on BSI IT-Grundschutz and BSI C5; there is no separate attestation against these standards. Which additional evidence your project requires, we clarify together in a conversation.
