Understanding technology is one thing. Using it safely and efficiently in practice is another. Our ayedo workshops help companies and IT teams build targeted technical expertise and independently develop, automate and operate modern cloud infrastructure.
Whether Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, security or observability: our workshops deliver practical knowledge of modern IT infrastructure and cloud native technologies.
We deliberately place a strong emphasis on hands-on learning. Rather than focusing solely on theory, participants work directly with the technologies and apply what they learn in practical exercises.
Practice beyond theory
Modern IT infrastructure is becoming increasingly complex. Container orchestration, automated deployments, security requirements and distributed systems are already part of everyday operations in many companies.
Introducing these technologies is only part of the challenge. What matters is that teams understand them, operate them reliably and develop them further independently.
This is exactly where our workshops come in.
Our aim is to do more than share knowledge: we empower teams to use technologies independently and confidently.
Training takes place in small groups. We provide prepared cloud environments for practical exercises, allowing participants to get straight to work with the relevant tools and concepts.
From Docker and Kubernetes to GitOps and security
Our workshop portfolio covers a range of topics and experience levels.
In containers and Kubernetes, we teach both fundamentals and advanced skills. Topics include Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Podman, Istio, Cilium and the Kubernetes Gateway API.
For teams looking to automate their development and deployment processes, we offer workshops on Git, GitLab CI, Argo CD, Flux and GitOps. The focus is on reproducible deployments, traceable configurations and efficient development processes.
Another focus is observability and security. Participants explore Kubernetes monitoring, OpenTelemetry, Kyverno, OPA/Gatekeeper and Falco, among other tools. The aim is to improve system monitoring, enforce security policies and systematically identify problems during operation.
The offering also includes Infrastructure as Code training, for example with OpenTofu, Terraform and Ansible, as well as Linux, programming languages and various platform technologies.
Targeted preparation for CNCF certifications
Alongside our technical workshops, we offer targeted preparation courses for recognised Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) certifications.
These include CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA and KCSA.
The courses combine technical fundamentals with practical exercises and exam-oriented tasks. Participants can deepen their existing knowledge and prepare systematically for the requirements of each exam.
Polycrate: get to know our platform in practice
A dedicated part of our workshop offering focuses on Polycrate, our platform for automating and managing modern IT infrastructure.
These workshops are designed for development, platform and operations teams that want to get to know Polycrate or already use it in production.
From fundamentals and platform architectures to operational workflows and development processes, we provide the knowledge needed to integrate Polycrate into existing workflows.
The focus is on Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, automated deployments and collaboration between development and platform teams.
Flexible delivery for different teams
Every company has different technical prerequisites, experience and requirements.
That is why we offer our workshops both online and on site. Training is delivered in German and, on request, in English.
Depending on the topic, workshops last from one to several days. Small groups allow participants to work intensively with the technologies and address specific technical questions.
Our workshops are particularly suited to developers, DevOps engineers, system administrators, platform teams and IT managers who want to expand their technical skills or introduce new technologies in their companies.
Technological independence starts with in-house expertise
We believe that companies can only retain long-term control over their IT infrastructure if they understand the technologies they use.
Especially in the cloud native world, open technologies and established open source tools offer many ways to build flexible infrastructure and reduce dependence on individual vendors.
However, this requires the right expertise within the teams themselves.
Through our workshops, we aim to share exactly this knowledge and help companies sustainably strengthen their technical capabilities and independence.
