Workshop
A four-day workshop for building a complete Kubernetes monitoring stack with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. Participants install the stack via kube-prometheus-stack and Grafana Operator, write PromQL and LogQL queries, configure alerting, and define SLOs for their services. Day 4 covers scaling, performance tuning, and an end-to-end final project. Prerequisite: advanced Kubernetes knowledge.

Day 1: Install monitoring stack and capture first metrics and logs
Day 2: Master PromQL, build dashboards, and configure alerting
Day 3: Analyze logs with LogQL and define SLOs with error budgets

Your own notebook (Linux, macOS or Windows) with permission to install software. Devices available at extra cost.
Environment
Each participant works in a provided cloud lab. Local installation of the training stack is not required.
