Two events, three days and plenty of opportunities to meet in person: In November 2026, ayedo will be attending DSLAM in Stuttgart and THIS IS MARKETING in Frankfurt am Main. We look forward to fresh insights, new contacts and conversations about modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, digital transformation and the future of digital business models.
Technology is constantly evolving. New applications, growing demands on IT infrastructure and the increasing use of artificial intelligence are changing how companies work and deliver digital services. At the same time, data security, technological independence and the use of open technologies are becoming more important.
For us at ayedo, direct exchange with other companies, IT decision-makers and technology enthusiasts is therefore particularly valuable. Many of the challenges organisations face today are easier to understand when different perspectives and practical experiences come together.
In November, we will be attending two events with different focuses that share one thing: they bring together people interested in technological developments and their impact on businesses.
9 November 2026: DSLAM Night Shift in Stuttgart – a different kind of IT event
On 9 November 2026, we will be at DSLAM Night Shift at the Renitenztheater in Stuttgart.
DSLAM® is not a conventional IT event. Instead of long presentations, product showcases and extensive slide decks, the format features short, entertaining talks, personal experiences and clear views on current topics in IT.
The focus is on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data protection and the challenges of everyday IT work. The discussions go beyond technical details to explore the people, decisions and experiences behind the technologies.
Eight talks, ten minutes each and plenty of practical IT experience
The DSLAM Night Shift concept deliberately takes a different approach: eight speakers each have ten minutes to present their perspective on an IT topic. Traditional presentation slides and promotional talks are explicitly excluded.
Instead, personal stories, critical observations, humour and practical experience take centre stage.
This approach is precisely what makes DSLAM interesting. Technical challenges rarely arise in isolation. Organisational structures, poor communication, established dependencies and unrealistic expectations often play just as significant a role as the technology itself.
The event creates space to discuss these issues openly and discover new perspectives.
Why we are attending DSLAM
At ayedo, we work every day on helping companies build IT infrastructure that is capable, secure and manageable over the long term.
Whether it involves Kubernetes, cloud-native applications, automation or open-source technologies, technical decisions always affect a company's operations, security and future viability.
That is why we are particularly interested in the experiences of other IT teams. What challenges do they encounter in their daily work? How do they deal with growing complexity? And which approaches have actually proved effective in practice?
With its open format, DSLAM offers a good opportunity to discuss these topics beyond traditional specialist conferences.
We look forward to an evening of fresh perspectives, candid insights and interesting encounters.

11–12 November 2026: THIS IS MARKETING in Frankfurt – where digital business meets innovation
Just two days later, we will be heading to Frankfurt am Main. On 11 and 12 November 2026, we will be attending THIS IS MARKETING at Messe Frankfurt.
THIS IS MARKETING is one of the major events for online marketing and digital entrepreneurship in the German-speaking world.
For the 2026 edition, the organiser has announced more than 8,000 participants, over 100 speakers and more than 150 exhibitors. The event combines expert talks, masterclasses, an extensive expo and numerous networking opportunities.
The focus is on current developments in digital marketing, new business models, automation, artificial intelligence and how companies can use digital technologies successfully.
Digital marketing needs a strong technical foundation
At first glance, the topics covered at THIS IS MARKETING differ considerably from those at a traditional IT conference.
A closer look, however, makes the connections clear.
Digital business models only work reliably when the underlying technology can keep pace with a company's requirements.
E-commerce platforms need to remain available even under heavy traffic. Marketing automation requires stable interfaces and reliable data processing. AI-powered applications place new demands on computing power, scalability and data protection.
At the same time, customers expect digital services to be fast, secure and available at all times.
This makes IT infrastructure an essential part of successful digital business models.
Cloud, Kubernetes and automation as a foundation for digital growth
As companies grow, the demands on their technical systems often increase as well.
New applications need to be integrated, additional resources provisioned and existing platforms continuously developed. At the same time, outages need to be avoided and operating costs kept under control.
Modern cloud infrastructure and technologies such as Kubernetes can help companies meet these requirements more efficiently.
Containerised applications can be deployed and operated in a standardised way. Automated processes reduce recurring manual tasks. Scalable architectures make it possible to adapt resources to demand.
Choosing a particular technology is not the only factor that matters, however. A suitable architecture, clear operational processes and the ability to retain long-term control over one's own infrastructure are equally important.
This is exactly where we come in at ayedo.
We help companies build, operate and develop modern IT infrastructure based on open technologies.
Digital sovereignty matters for marketing and digital business models too
Another topic that we believe is becoming increasingly important is digital sovereignty.
Many companies use a variety of external platforms and cloud services for their digital offerings. These can provide significant advantages, but may also create technical and economic dependencies.
This becomes especially relevant when business-critical applications, sensitive data or core processes are involved.
Companies seeking long-term success with digital business models should therefore consider not only functionality and growth, but also control over their own technological foundation.
Open-source technologies, open standards and portable applications can help reduce dependencies on individual providers and strengthen a company's ability to act independently.
Digital sovereignty does not mean avoiding external services altogether. Rather, it means making deliberate technology decisions and keeping as many options open as possible over the long term.
We look forward to bringing this perspective to THIS IS MARKETING and discussing it with companies from different industries.

Two events, different perspectives and shared challenges
With DSLAM and THIS IS MARKETING, we will be attending two events in November that bring together different audiences and subject areas.
While DSLAM focuses on everyday IT work, technical experience and personal perspectives, THIS IS MARKETING puts greater emphasis on digital business models, marketing strategies and entrepreneurial growth.
For us, these two perspectives belong together.
Digital transformation cannot be viewed solely from a technical or economic standpoint. Companies need both innovative digital ideas and the technical foundations to implement them reliably.
A successful digital strategy must therefore address scalability, security, economic viability and technological independence.
At ayedo, we are committed to helping companies not only use their digital infrastructure, but also understand it, control it and develop it on their own terms.
This includes modern cloud technologies, Kubernetes, automation and, in particular, the use of open technologies.
Exchanging ideas with people from different fields helps us identify new requirements early, share experience and better understand specific challenges.
Meet ayedo in person this November
Will you also be at DSLAM in Stuttgart or THIS IS MARKETING in Frankfurt? We look forward to meeting you in person or reconnecting with familiar faces.
Whether you already work extensively with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, want to modernise your existing IT infrastructure or are simply interested in digital sovereignty and open source, we would be happy to talk.
We are particularly interested in the specific challenges companies are currently facing. Not every organisation needs the same technologies or infrastructure strategy. What matters is finding solutions that fit individual requirements and remain viable over the long term.
Come and speak to us at either event, or arrange a personal meeting with us in advance.
We look forward to interesting encounters, fresh ideas and lively discussions about technology, digital transformation and innovation.
See you in November – in Stuttgart and Frankfurt!
